At LovelaceStyle.com, each item is custom-made just for you through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Because of this made-to-order process, our return policy is limited and outlined clearly below.
1. Eligible Returns & Replacements
We accept returns or replacements only for items with verified:
Print defects
Manufacturing or quality defects
Incorrect items received (wrong design, wrong product, or wrong size due to fulfillment error)
To be eligible:
You must contact us within 30 days of delivery
The item must be unused and unwashed at the time of reporting
Photo evidence is required to verify the issue
We do not accept returns for:
Wrong size ordered by the customer
Color preference or style preference
Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
Slight color variations between screen previews and printed products
Normal wear and tear or damage caused after delivery
2. How to Submit a Return or Defect Claim
To initiate a claim, please email:

Full name
Order number
Clear description of the issue
At least 2–3 clear photos showing the defect (close-up and full product)
Date the item was received
Claims submitted without photo evidence cannot be approved.
We will review your request and respond within 48 business hours.
3. Replacements
If a defect or fulfillment error is confirmed:
We will send a replacement item at no additional cost, or
Offer a refund, at our discretion
Replacement items follow standard production and shipping timelines.
In most cases, you do not need to return the defective item unless we specifically request it.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please note:
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by a print or fulfillment defect
Refund processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider
5. Exchanges (Size or Color)
Because all products are custom-printed:
We do not offer exchanges for size or color changes
If you wish to order a different size or color, a new order must be placed
At our discretion, we may offer a courtesy discount, but this is not guaranteed.
6. Lost, Missing, or Undelivered Packages
If your tracking shows Delivered but you did not receive your order:
Please check with neighbors, household members, or building management
Verify the shipping address provided at checkout
Contact us within 30 days of the delivery date
If a package is confirmed as lost in transit (not marked delivered), we will work with our fulfillment partner to determine eligibility for a free replacement.
Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are not guaranteed replacements.
7. International Orders
For international customers:
Customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and brokerage fees are non-refundable
Orders refused by customs are not eligible for refunds
Delivery delays caused by customs are outside our control.
8. Legal & Consumer Rights
Some regions provide additional consumer rights by law. However, many jurisdictions exempt custom-made or print-on-demand products from standard change-of-mind returns.
